Joseph helped coordinate with some door repairs, advised us on other issues that popped up on the roof, and mediated choice of accent colors between me and my partner, all in a solutions-oriented way. Sergio, Sal, and Frank did a great job - very friendly, attentive to detail, and left the place cleaner than how they found it! Without question, we would hire Joseph and his crew for a fourth time!
